Penguins' goaltender who on April 7, 1974, in a game against the Atlanta Flames, became the last NHL goaltender to play a game without a mask.
The Penguins deposited five pucks into the goal in 2:07. Bryan Hextall, Jean Pronovost, Al McDonough, Ken Schinkel & Ron Schock each scored in a 10-4 win against St. Louis on November 22, 1972. That is still an NHL record for the five fastest goals.
2009 Pittsburgh Penguins Game Puck - Quarter Finals

This style of puck was used in the 2009 Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first two rounds.

The Penguins used this style puck on April 15, 17 & 23, 2009 against the Philadelphia Flyers and May 6, 8 & 11 (if needed) against the Washington Capitals.

Both front and back have screened logos.
